If the payment is more than KRW 15,000 won and less than KRW 1,000,000 won, you can get a refund immediately through Refund Robot.

If the payment is more than KRW 1,000,000 won, Refund Robot will issue a refund slip.

Get the refund at the airport refund counter with the post-refund slip (barcode printied) and passport.

In addition, we will issue a refund slip if the total cumulative payment received immediately is more than KRW 5 million won. You can get a refund at the airport refund counter with the refund slip.
